Workshops

The Slovenian School Museum also offers museum workshops where visitors can gain new knowledge and experience in a diversity of topics. They can be combined with a guided tour of the permanent or a temporary exhibition or attended as a standalone activity. The “herbal memory” workshop

In this workshop, we play a memory game to learn about the plants of our gardens, past and present. We get to know each herb through illustrations by the academic painter Simona Čudovan and photographs of the same herbs with descriptions and their uses. The game combining knowledge, memory and fun is suitable for young curious minds interested in nature, botany and especially the world of medicinal plants.
