A museum is an institution that attracts guests on a daily basis, but it also likes to become a guest from time to time. The Slovenian School Museum is happy to visit your school, kindergarten, library, community centre, etc. Our contribution can enrich your cultural day or other event. It is possible to arrange a lesson, a workshop, or a lecture by a curator. Please call or email us for additional information.
Is your child’s birthday coming up, and you want to prepare something special for them? The Slovenian School Museum offers you a unique birthday experience with a lesson of your choice behind the old school desks. We organise celebrations for groups of 10-25 children.
Duration: 120 minutes
At the museum, you can start your anniversary celebrations by learning about or reviving school heritage. You can relive the old school days behind the old school desks in a lesson of your choice.
We offer teachers the opportunity to invite the pupils’ parents to a parent-teacher meeting at the museum, where they can sit together in old school desks and become pupils in one of our lessons.
